Responsibilities:

Looking for a qualified software developer who will be responsible for building product enhancements and solutions to meet customer and product roadmap requirements. Develop and implement UI and backend components in function-based architecture including web services. 

Required Qualifications:

Ability to perform software development functions along with demonstrated experience of delivering software systems on aggressive schedules and changing priorities with quality and on schedule. 

• 10+ years of experience in building scalable Web applications using broad web technologies such as: HTML5/CSS/Bootstrap, HTML Frames, JavaScript libraries like jQuery, Java Servlets, JSP and frameworks preferably Angular framework (12.x and up)

• Support the company’s data privacy and data security programs, and assist with developing, updating, and maintaining policies and procedures relating to data privacy, data security, export control, and intellectual property.
• Keep current with new laws, regulations and developments in the privacy area and provide advice regarding the impact that these laws, regulations and developments may have on the company’s products and services.
• Assist with corporate governance and legal compliance support for both the company and its international subsidiaries.
• Provide legal support for potential M&A opportunities.
• Work closely with other attorneys and the Contract Management team on any additional matters which may require support, including risk assessment of contractual terms and conditions and negotiating alternative contractual language.
