Responsibilities:

The Account Management Sales Director will manage a portfolio of accounts. This role will deliver the recurring renewal targets, as well as identify and close new sales for core products within the portfolio of accounts. 

Major Duties and Functions:

  • Interact and coordinate with other sales team members 
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executives 
  • Negotiate and close contracts 
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Must be able to develop, keep current and execute Strategic Account/Territory plans
  • Improve and drive product and services specific strategies and sales cycles
  • Leverage existing relationships to position iconectiv’s entire suite of products.
  • Follow corporate deal approval process
  • Travel to key customer sites are a regular and required activity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience selling solutions to Telecom Senior Executive, marketing, planning and operations groups
  • Proven account management and other sales experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present effectively at all levels of an organization 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
  • Results driven, team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work with a minimum level of supervision

Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Sales Consultant who can support the promotion of iconectiv’s interests in Trusted Communications. Our focus is associated with providing services to toll-free Responsible Organizations (RespOrgs) in both the voice and messaging arenas, via our TruReach Toll-Free 8MS product.

In performing this role, the individual must develop strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including business development, account management, product management, subject matter experts and engineering. The Presales role requires the individual to support solution definition with prospective customers and enable market, business and account development.  Additionally, the role will require the person to engage with product management and engineering to deliver Voice of Customer feedback and input to iconectiv’s Trusted Communications product roadmaps to support their evolution.

The individual should be able to articulate and communicate information effectively with diverse audiences and can translate subject matter terminology into business terms to support product positioning and opportunity development. 

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the challenges facing RespOrgs, and their customers, to enable and support their toll-free product offerings.
  • Capability to develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge pertinent to the US toll-free ecosystem.
  • Ability to position iconectiv products against those of our competitors by highlighting their technical and business value.
  • Experience in engaging prospective customers to nurture and shape opportunity development via interactions at CxO level through to hands-on technical staff.
  • Ability to support the sales team in developing and managing Technical and/or Territory Account Plans.
  • Can work remotely within the Eastern/Central Time Zones.
  • Ability to travel on an occasional basis for short periods of time.

Additional Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of directly related work experience with US toll-free service acquired at a Tier 1 Carrier, Transport Reseller, CPaaS provider, or Call Center provider. 
  • Familiarity with RESTful API interfaces as it relates to telephony provisioning systems.
  • Familiarity with toll-free provisioning flows and the toll-free RespOrg port process (ROC). 
  • Ability to understand a mature provisioning platform and work with a small engineering team to resolve issues and assist with customer enhancement requests.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience speaking at industry events.
  • Strong telecommunications industry knowledge, including voice & messaging services, security and fraud prevention.
  • Demonstrative ability to develop and build successful consultative business relationships.
  • Leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Director of Telecom Sales

The Director of Telecom Sales role will be based in the UK and will be focused on developing sales strategies, executing sales plans, creating customer interest, and managing channel partners.  This role will focus on the iconectiv product portfolio and will be responsible for closing both new business and renewal business.

  • Individual contributor responsible for driving sales in the UK telecom industry to include meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain key telecom client relationships. 
  • Must be able to develop, keep current and execute Strategic Account/Territory plans.
  • Improve and drive product and services specific strategies and sales cycles.
  • Leverage existing relationships to position iconectiv’s entire suite of products.
  • Follow corporate deal approval process.
  • Travel to key customer sites are a regular and required activity.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated experience and relationships within the UK telecommunications industry. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. 
  • 10+ years’ experience selling solutions to Telecom Senior Executive, marketing, planning and operations groups.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
